Network Hospitals:

The insurance company has a network of hospitals that have agreed to provide cashless treatment to policyholders.

Insurance Policy

The policyholder purchases a medical insurance policy that offers cashless hospitalization benefits.

Hospitalization

When the policyholder is hospitalized, they or their family member informs the insurance company and provides the policy details.

Pre-authorization

The insurance company verifies the policy details and sends a pre-authorization letter to the network hospital, confirming the coverage and treatment details.

Treatment

The policyholder receives treatment at the network hospital without paying anything out-of-pocket.

Billing

The hospital sends the bills directly to the insurance company.

Settlement

The insurance company settles the bills directly with the hospital, as per the policy terms and conditions.
